Liz focuses on your whole wellbeing, mind, body and health. With guidance on food and mindfulness as well as on fitness helping you to build a healthy happy lifestyle. Couldnt recommend Liz enough.

Powerhouse Strength and Conditioning - VIC

Amy Papamarkou I have been training at Powerhouse for 3 years and absolutely love it! The trainers are fantastic and really take the time to ensure youre getting the most out of your session. Having recently been pregnant, Scott, Chris and Zac were able to tailor sessions to my needs which gave me the confidence to safely train to 37 weeks without any hesitation. The community and atmosphere is really encouraging and motivating.

Penny Ferris I’ve been training with Michael since April and couldn’t recommend him enough. He is super supportive and is able to explain things in a way that makes the gym a lot less intimidating. When I need it, he is able to adjust exercises in the moment to how I’m feeling and where my body is at - while still pushing me to keep progressing and hitting new milestones. I started with zero gym experience and now I’m training 4+ times a week, feeling stronger and more confident. Michael makes the whole process approachable and enjoyable - if you’re looking for a trainer who actually listens and knows how to push you in the right way, he’s the one!

Fitness Edge Personal Training - VIC

Liz Elliott I started training with Brent a couple of months ago after seeing family members achieve great results with him. Before starting, I had little motivation and after my first session with Brent I’d set a goal to train for a Spartan race; far beyond my current newbie strength and abilities. We’ve been working hard ever since! Boxing and PT sessions are always a good laugh and you quickly feel part of the Fitness Edge family. Brent forgives me for never counting my reps and knows just what to say to keep the motivation up. It’s great to finally really enjoy exercise and see results in only a short period of time. I highly recommend Fitness Edge if you’re wanting a PT who has a genuine commitment to help you achieve your goals and knows his stuff.
