Evan Crompton Top friendly highly social gym, great instructors, fun classes, keeps you coming back. Ive got much fitter thanks to the crossfit and boxing classes, way more fun than solo weights or treadmill dreariness.

Karen Sharland Andrew and Chloe have created such a warm, welcoming space and cater to all ages & abilities. You instantly feel a part of the BR family, the minute you walk through the doors. The other gym members are always encouraging of one another and there is definitely no room for big egos in this space. For the first time in my life, Im excited to get into the gym and dont dread it!! Highly recommend :)

Sharon Camm Synergy class with Shivali is the best I have done for a long time. Always keen because of the variety. Well explained so that I can practise by myself. Plenty of equipment that is well maintained. Really helps for a busy lifestyle. Well done Shivali.
