Sally Blake What a fabulous gym, love it! I don’t do the classes but it seems like a great community. Scott has created a super welcoming and inclusive environment to train in. The design and layout means that even during a busy class there is room to do your own training and the space has all the equipment you need whatever your training style.

Hala Pilates - VIC

Olivia Collins A disciplined and enjoyable full body workout, Halas Reformer Pilates class both challenges and nourishes mind, body and soul. The studio is light and spacious, and the expert instructors calmly guide students through the class so that the movement is continuous and transitions between each exercise seamless - I leave feeling energised, focused and balanced. I highly recommend Halas Reformer Pilates classes to other athletes, active mums or anyone looking to fine-tune their performance and feel great doing it!
