They performed a full analysis of my weaknesses and imbalances and created a comprehensive gym plan to help me achieve my goals. Their program was high quality, easy to follow and had any questions on form answered instantly with in depth feedback. My program was also tailored to the equipment I had available aswell as my current sport training load. Truly a first class experience especially considering the price point. I could not recommend GRIT highly enough to anyone looking to take their training seriously and pursue their goals!

Their attention to detail on your needs and plan are unmatched and they will individually tailor their approach to fit your goals and your needs better then anyone. I recommend contacting them as soon as you can, because their services and their facilities are second to none in Melbourne. Their gym is equipped with everything needed to take your athletic performance to the next level, and on top of that they are great people.

5 /5 Rebecca Herft: The best performance gym in the south-east suburbs! Ive been training with Robbie for almost 7 years, and Tyson for 2 years, and they are both fantastic. Ive learnt so much about how my body moves, injury prevention, strength and speed work, and whats important for my performance in season and off season for sport. I recommend then to everyone I meet! They also have online offerings and a great testing protocol to ensure your always challenging yourself.

Sally Blake What a fabulous gym, love it! I don’t do the classes but it seems like a great community. Scott has created a super welcoming and inclusive environment to train in. The design and layout means that even during a busy class there is room to do your own training and the space has all the equipment you need whatever your training style.

Hala Pilates - VIC

Olivia Collins A disciplined and enjoyable full body workout, Halas Reformer Pilates class both challenges and nourishes mind, body and soul. The studio is light and spacious, and the expert instructors calmly guide students through the class so that the movement is continuous and transitions between each exercise seamless - I leave feeling energised, focused and balanced. I highly recommend Halas Reformer Pilates classes to other athletes, active mums or anyone looking to fine-tune their performance and feel great doing it!
