Justin hooper As a regular gym-goer who prides myself on strength, I was expecting to breeze through the session, but Equip Pilates quickly humbled me on the beginner level I might add, and left a lasting impression. Not only did it help me identify muscles that needed more attention, but it also proved to be excellent for muscle endurance and rehabilitation. For someone like me who doesn’t stretch as often as I should, Equip Pilates definitely helped there too, pairing the right stretches with each movement.
