Alana Lambert A wonderful, inclusive environment designed to be supportive of gym-goers of every fitness level. The coaches genuinely care about both the success and happiness of every person who comes through their doors. Ive never found a gym like this one and am so happy to have found Apex.

jemand seele Amazing coaches ! Great community, good fun training together here. The coaches are friendly and welcoming, and people with all kinds of different fitness levels train together here. Everyone mutually encourages each other and the trainers push us to try new things and push the limit of what we can do. Highly recommend !

Ashley I joined Énergie a couple of weeks ago, I’ve never really been to a gym before so I was quite nervous. However, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Even the other members have gone out of their way to help me or give me advice. I’ve been to a number of the classes and I have enjoyed them all. The equipment is good and is kept clean. The toilets and showers are also clean. Would definitely recommend this gym, especially if you’re nervous about joining the gym. This one is lovely.

mariam ogrinz What an incredible place for children to exercise and have their fitness needs meet. Tailored programs and amazing and friendly staff working one on one with my girls. They had so much fun!
