Andrew fisher I’ve been training with Paul for a few months now and can’t recommend him enough. The setup is private, well equipped, and has a great atmosphere. Paul’s an excellent trainer who really knows how to get results - every session is structured, challenging, and tailored to your goals. If you like to be pushed, he’s the one for you, but he also caters to all fitness levels and makes sure you’re getting the most out of every session

Village Pilates - VIC

A P This is by far the best studio with the highest trained instructors of all the pilates studios Ive tried in both Oz and the USA (and Ive trained in pilates from different course providers so I have an idea on what to look for in quality - but I am not an instructor, just loved learning). They are also incredibly lovely people and enjoy what they do - so the environment is welcoming and friendly. At other studios, I often get to the point where I feel Im stronger than what the instructor is ready to accomodate in the group class. At Village Pilates, they are challenging classes (still allowing for all abilities and levels) but I know Im being pushed to go deeper and gain strength, balance and agility - if Im in the mood for it. Also, Im 5mo. pregnant and they are SO welcoming to me to continue to be in their classes (Reformer, Mat and Barre classes as well as their smaller group classes). They work with me to adjust with moves that are not easy or good to do while pregs. Shout out especially to Lisa, Emily and Hannah!! I am so thankful for this studio to be accepting of me throughout this pregnancy - as Im feeling stronger and more confident with each day closer to birth. I was nervous I would be a burden with needing too many adjustments but they make me feel at ease and confident in the class to do what I can and be part of the group. Thank you team - youre legends!!

CrossFit Innovation Gym - VIC

Jordyn Evans I’ve been here for a month and I love it. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and the coaches go above and beyond to ensure you’re getting the most out of the classes. They actually care about helping you. Amazing environment and I’m really glad I started here.

Gymbox Victoria - VIC

Stelios Mixail One of the best gyms I’ve been to Really clean space with a great vibe overall. The lighting and atmosphere make it feel modern and motivating. The staff is friendly, the equipment is up-to-date and theres plenty of it. Big plus: they have a sauna and clean showers, which is always a bonus after a workout. Definitely recommended!

Evolve Human Performance - VIC

C Gordon I started a training block with Evolve Human Performance in the lead up to Sydney marathon and have been very happy with the running coaching and ongoing support from both Riley and Luke. Riley is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and adaptable. He took the time to understand my goals, answer any questions and constantly adjust the training plan to fit my needs. Thanks to his guidance, Ive seen significant improvements in my running technique, and Ive even hit pb’s in both the half and full marathon distances. The personalised program and track sessions are well-structured and take a holistic approach to training which has been pivotal in keeping me motivated and enabling me to continue to progress in my performance even when any obstacles would arise throughout the training block. I highly recommend Evolve Human Performance to anyone looking to take their running to the next level.
