We take early leave from work but its of no use when the staff are not qualified enough to solve our issues. What a service that people are lined up only to know that do it online or call on this number...

1 /5 Christine Mirvich: I have wasted 2 months of trying to close my aunts accounts after she died. I did everything they asked of me. Today, after following them up again, they found out I need to go Probate. Right from the start the managers their said I dont need it. They dont have a clue what their job includes. Im so glad I dont bank with ANZ and never will!! BEWARE

1 /5 D W: Hi, Welcome to the ANZ bank says the lovely ‘thing’ behind the counter that can barely speak English. So here I am to get some money, can I withdraw and get some money? NO! WE DON’T HAVE MONEY TODAY!!!! Would you believe these idiots don’t anticipate demand and hence can’t give out money? Sorry, am I at the Gym or a Bank? The manager of this branch was probably on holidays in India, visiting family. NO, all their family come in and get served by the clerks quicker than most. You’re white? Stand in the line over there and wait. This branch is a disgrace and the ‘team’ need their 457 visa’s checked to ensure compliance. I hope the manager reads this and feels disgusted because they should be ashamed of them self! Why would a bank have cash?
