Jackie Morrow I have had the pleasure of training with Adam for just over 4 years, twice a week and I can confidently say that he is an exceptional Personal Trainer who embodies the principles he teaches. Adams reliability, expertise and ability to tailor his approach to push me safely and effectively has transformed my fitness journey as a 61 yo woman, allowing me to surpass my own expectations and achieve a level of strength, fitness and confidence I never thought possible. Camellia Tung I would like provide positive feedback to staff member on the 18/7. She walked along the side near canteen. There were a few male customers near the deep end playing diving but were very loud and unsafe. Your lady lifeguard staff approached them and reminded them they should pay attention to water safety. She was very brave and used a very appropriate tone. Most people would find it confronting to speak to those customers. But coming from a staff member did raise the alert and made them aware of the possible danger. Also thank you very much for bringing back the lane availability page, it is extremely helpful for us to plan what time to come to visit. The water cleanliness has improved a lot too. There are also a lot of new signs to promote water safety and supervision of children. Thank you for bringing in all these new good changes. SEL management team is definitely doing awesome!!!! Mark Monbulk Pool is truely amazing, especially for childrens birthday parties. We have had a few of our kids choose to have a pool party, some at Knox Leisureworks, but also here- and I personally would choose to have them at Monbulk every time! We have had 2 parties here now in the past year, and both times we have had Shae and Amy as our hosts, they are both so engaging with the children the whole time; they make every child feel included and go out of their way to help the nervous swimmers by keeping an eye out for them and offering lifejackets, noodles, etc.- safety is their number one priority which we loved, especially enforcing rules and regulations on the inflatable. They also keep a professional rapport with us parents, checking up on the food, and if there was anything else we needed. highly recommend them both if you have a party at Monbulk pool, as they are so well trained for this job!
