5 /5 Jenny Dorman: I have been attending Health in Balance for approximately 5 years. Health in Balance was recommended to me by my doctor to increase my level of overall fitness after having a hip replaced. The team are very knowledgeable and were very welcoming. I was set a program of rehabilitation and strengthening exercises to improve my overall well being. These exercises (which change regularly as you improve) have been invaluable and enabled me to return to golf which I enjoy immensely. However, in 2016 I had an operation on my foot. After I was allowed to return to exercise class, the team set me exercises to regain the strength and stability in my foot. All worked a treat and enabled me to get back to golf again. I would thoroughly recommend Health in Balance for anyone wishing to improve their overall fitness, assist in pre-operative strengthening, post operative rehabilitation, fall prevention and general wellness. Thanks team for all you help over the years. I couldnt have done it without you!!!
