Anytime Fitness Miranda - VIC

Mike Athanasopoulos I came yesterday around 5pm in the first day of the new AF Miranda opening. It’s definitely much much better than the previous AF, the elevations and design are fantastic to watch even while you’re working out. The only thing that needs for my opinion is a punching bag most definitely but either way, I’m blessed to be a member of the AF family, congratulations on the new gym opening!!

katana Kit I can only speak for my own experience but out of the 20 odd physical therapists I’ve seen in the past 8 years, Jake is the best. Jake really focuses on understanding the root of the cause and getting things back in balance rather than simply mitigating the symptoms. Super knowledgeable and comprehensible. I couldn’t really walk 3 weeks ago and was pretty nervous about it all, now I feel like I need some tweaking rather than having to accept chronic pain for the rest of my life

The Project - Group Fitness - VIC

Stephanie Huynh Excellent gym! The strength and conditioning programs are effective (and fun!) and incorporate a huge range of equipment and free weights, plus there’s a running club, running workshops, hiking opportunities, body composition scans, social events, and much more. There’s a strong focus on technique, results, and building skills at the gym. Dan, the owner, is an amazing trainer, brimming with knowledge, experience, advice, and words of wisdom and encouragement. Great community, supportive environment, good vibes, and an all-round good time. I highly recommend The Project.
