Luke Bj S Really well equipped facilities. Great atmosphere with friendly staff and members. I go most days on my way home from work, train at the "peak" time for gyms and have no issues getting equipment i need. Highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Jamie Mansfield I’ve been training under Tyron’s guidance for the past six months, and I can honestly say I’m loving every second of it. Tyron has been helping me with everything from nutrition, hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, effective warm-ups and cool-downs, to isometric work and sport-specific preparation. His holistic and thoughtful approach ensures that every session has a clear purpose and aligns with my goals.
