William Ould I have several investments that I need to check the balances of fairly regularly.
All the others [excluding Black Rock] are so reliable & sooooo easy.
Black Rock regularly make it difficult to log in or like now I cant log in at all.
They are sooooo BAD!
If they are updating or something else it would be more in keeping with the practice of other companies to have a message advising so instead of some graphic & I dont think they even provide that?
This the 2nd time I have written comment tonight but I couldnt post it until I gave them a star rating.
The one they got is more than they deserve!
They constantly cause me annoyance & will be gone soon.
