Loving Pilates - VIC

Eleanor Ramsey I’ve been going to Loving Pilates for six months and have noticed huge improvements in my core strength and balance. I’ve mostly worked with Daisy, who is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging and always runs well-structured, thoughtful sessions. She explains movements clearly and gives helpful feedback throughout. I’ve also attended classes with all of the other instructors and have found all of them to be highly professional and knowledgeable. The studio itself is clean, warm and welcoming, and I always leave feeling stronger and ready for the day. Couldn’t recommend Loving Pilates more.

Yoga Freedom - VIC

Anthony Luci Great experience. Friendly staff and well organised venue and classes. Suit anyones ability and are able to assist with physical or mental needs to adjust the practice for your best experiences. Also run once a month. Restorative yoga is a wonderful calming and grounding experience. Supply all necessary equipment, and the studio has a beautiful calming feel. Sue and Nadia are inspiring and have great knowledge of the benefits and the practices of yoga. Have attended and do attend online classes for many years and can highly recommend the courses with Yoga Freedom!
