Louise Flannery I highly recommend Align Pilates for a true 5 star pilates experience. As a beginner to reformer pilates , I have found Katie to be very welcoming, encouraging & patient. Being a small home studio, all classes are able to be specifically tailored to the needs of each individual client with expert guidance but without any judgement. I have also really enjoyed the relaxed, fun atmosphere of each session. Well done Katie on creating and providing the perfect balance of great pilates classes in a warm, inclusive, safe environment. Jamie Mansfield I’ve been training under Tyron’s guidance for the past six months, and I can honestly say I’m loving every second of it. Tyron has been helping me with everything from nutrition, hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, effective warm-ups and cool-downs, to isometric work and sport-specific preparation. His holistic and thoughtful approach ensures that every session has a clear purpose and aligns with my goals. Before starting any exercise, Tyron always takes the time to explain what we’re doing and why — which has really helped me understand the intention behind every movement.
