5 /5 Sharls (BB): Great to deal with. Ashleigh/ Lydia were always available to answer any questions I had (and I always have questions), and explain things I didnt understand. The team made the whole process smooth, and efficient from what they told me regarding settlement process, contacting the purchasers conveyor, dealing with council, Yarra Valley Water, to sending the adjustments through for review so any issues could be resolved prior to settlement etc, all made for a professional service. Comparatively, their prices were very reasonable, and I would have confidence in recommending them to other people.

1 /5 John: I recently engaged Home Conveyancing Reservoir for the conveyancing of my property, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Despite their promises of efficiency and professionalism, the process was plagued with delays and unexpected fees.Initially, I chose Home Conveyancing Reservoir based on a recommendation from Barry Plant Craigieburn However, as the settlement date approached, communication became increasingly sporadic, and crucial documents were not processed in a timely manner. This lack of responsiveness resulted in unnecessary stress and uncertainty during what should have been a straightforward process.To make matters worse, after settlement, I was shocked to discover additional fees on my final invoice that were not disclosed upfront. These charges were unjustified and left me feeling taken advantage of. Its unacceptable for a professional service provider to spring such costs on their clients after the fact, especially without prior agreement or explanation.Overall, my experience with Home Conveyancing Reservoir was deeply disappointing. Their failure to meet deadlines, poor communication, and unanticipated charges have tarnished what should have been a seamless transaction. After many emails asking for answers regarding extra charges I’m still waiting for a reply. I cannot recommend them to others seeking reliable conveyancing services

Called up with already purchasing a property with settlement in 30 days and it was a breeze for them to take it on. Super enthusiastic, happy to work with us and just made everything so much easier.
