Marcus Bain I have recently started training with Harrison and the team at HC Performance and Rehab and I can honestly say it’s changed my life. I’ve never felt better physically, and now being able to keep up with my young children which is worth it’s weight in gold. I can say I’m proud to be member number 4 and can’t recommend Harrison and the team enough!

Zack Azim $5 casuals... that is absolutely unreal! No where in Melbourne would you get a facility like NRG. They have a great atmosphere, equipment is endless; which includes a designated strength area and MMA section too. Pretty much something for everyone. Staff were also helpful, professional and super down to earth to chat with at the front desk. Definitely would recommend for any serious trainers in the Eastern suburbs to head on down. You wont be disappointed :)

Zoe What a great gym! Sufficient space (not massive but not tiny) and good number of machines and weights (2 squat racks, 3 bench press, etc). I particularly like that there are no joining fees and also option of short temporary memberships (eg 1 week or 1 month) which are great flexibility for me. I havent tried the classes. Overall friendly vibes too (people of all ages and types and not just the type who wear super skimpy Barry-ish gym clothes...)

Ann Sweeney This class is so much fun - I joined a month ago and am already feeling the benefits of fitness as well as making some new friends! The instructor, Christine, explains all the dance moves and makes it lots of fun. The music is also fantastic and definitely gets you dancing. I am loving it!

: D What an awesome gym. I felt at home from the moment I started training. Lots of equipment. They have everything. Lots of space. No weaving and side-stepping around machines. Excellent facilities. Great staff. Even the crowd DJ played great music. Well done team. This has to be the best Snap Ive ever been to.... and Ive been to lots.
