5 /5 Elstx Elstx: Got the job done at VCAT getting our bond back in full after an extremely unscrupulous Landlord, with the unfortunate assistance from the property managers (Barry Plant - Mentone), tried to pin any property defect on us that were predominantly pre-existing on entry and clearly detailed on the entry report, to a claim value of just under 12K. With Mr Horns clear knowledge and vast legal experience the matter was quickly dealt with within 90 minutes and all claims denied and our bond was finally returned after a period of 17 months since vacating. Very reasonable pricing too with a no fuss approach. 5 STARS.
