tazza369 Came here here after work. Place is very tidy, with the bathrooms, equipment and floors all being cleaner than previous gyms I’ve been to. Aswell as that the staff is helpful, with the guy at the front helping me with form and questions I had about memberships.

Krystal Kaldis So love Keiser it has renewed my love of working out. Stop working out once I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia but I can work out and be fine the next day. Go easy when having a flair up. Staff are so amazing, friendly and helpful when you cant remember how to use the machines. The studio is calm, relaxed.

Lauren Gabriel What a fabulous retreat. Ideal accommodation offering privacy when needed and community interaction at the same time. Delicious food . But the highlight were the two facilitators. Tanya - brilliant pilates instructor with her excellent communication, mosofzrioms and challenges .Nafisa - her calming relaxation and meditation , brought peace and sleep in a gentle delivery.
