Alex Mobilia Kim is an absolute superstar, with a huge depth of knowledge and is able to easily explain issues and the why behind each of the treatments and exercises. In just a few sessions Kim has not only left me pain free from a fresh sports injury, but also begun to relive chronic issues that I have not seen improvement on in over a decade. Could not recommend Kim highly enough!

Bonita Ralph Great local gym. Friendly and great clean set up. I love that it’s at the shops and I can do some things before and after a session. Great for working parents.

Chua Chung Yang There was a miscommunication with th gym as my name was registered under my alias instead, hence their confusion below. I had encountered issues with payments with regards to the gym, but they had managed to solve my queries and responded in kind. After clarification with them, signing the cancellation form would take 30 days for the contract to be effectively cancelled. In my case, since it was a weekly subscription, there was 5 payments due instead of 4 simply due to a small gap between when my payment has started (Note this means for weekly subscriptions, 30 days does not necessarily mean 4 payments only). For future gym-goers, the staff and owner there is generally receptive and responsive once you pop-in and clarify with them.

Louise Jennifer (Jen) The plaza itself is a great convenience to a community member such as myself but be careful when parking as some drivers are very chaotic and dont care about you or your safety when you exit the car and walk towards the entrance. I cant suggest parking closer either as parking your car can be just as dangerous. My sisters car was hit while she was shopping and the driver cowardly drove off without leaving any information. Not only that but for some reason witnesses to the accident decided to just stare in judgement instead of letting her know what happened and because it was night, she didnt notice the damage until she got home.

Manuka Rupasinghe Honestly love this gym. I’ve been to a few places around the area, but Zap Fitness Craigieburn (Grand Blvd) has easily been my favourite so far. The equipment’s always clean, the bathrooms are actually looked after, and the whole vibe is just super chill and welcoming. And I’ve gotta give credit where it’s due — Kirat’s a legend and seriously lifts the whole atmosphere. He’s always on the ball, keeps everything running smoothly, and genuinely makes everyone feel included the moment they walk in. It makes the gym feel way more inviting and way less intimidating, especially on those days when you’re dragging yourself in.
