2 /5 shelby de voigt: The gym itself is nice very overpriced for what it is though , staff are quite rude and not helpful at all. Provided a certificate to cancel my membership- had to pay a month still after which was fine but every staff member I’ve spoken to about it have been so incredibly rude. Was told I had one more payment then that was it… they are still taking payments even after the one month. They’ve called me to discuss my “last payment” but never pick up the phone when trying to return their call. Very unprofessional

5 /5 Thomas Anderson: iGym is the gym I have always wanted. I can prepay so no monthly transactions, the equipment is solid, and it isnt too busy. As an unfit man, I am not intimidated at all, and can go any time I want. Luke is amazing. Truly a great guy and someone who I will always support. We had an emergency in the family and the support and understanding he has shown is beyond customer service. Thank you Luke, and I will always recommend people join your gym.

1 /5 Estelle: Had a call from Jess at igym. She asked how my training was going. I informed her that I was no longer training at igym. She then goes to say “why? Did you fall off or…” not sure what kind of question that was. Quite unprofessional. Reception is awful too. They never answer the phone.

2 /5 Anonymous: This gym has let itself go a bit. I reckon it is a bit overpriced despite some of the upgrades. A good amount of the equipment is really showing its age. And when you need help at the desk, I really wish there would be staff available to assist more often to help with any inquiries. 70 percent of the time, the staff are off chatting to other members. If you’re trying to get any equipment fixed, it’ll be a good 4 weeks on average or longer to get repaired.

5 /5 Danielle Marie: iGym is without a doubt the best gym I’ve been a member of. The club managers are super friendly and always greet you with a smile and a bit of banter, which starts your session off right. The members of the club are equally friendly and come from all walks of life, making the gym floor feel like an inclusive and welcoming place. Recently I saw a group of teenage boys spot a younger boy who appeared to be new to the gym. They approached him and offered him guidance and invited him to train with them. I feel like that quite accurately sums up the atmosphere of the gym. The facility is always well maintained and there is a range of equipment and free weights, enough benches and squat racks that you don’t spend half your session waiting for something to open up, and a selection of classes if you feel like mixing things up. They also have a number of trainers who offer tailored personal training. I’ve tried a few other gyms in the area and nothing comes close to the facilities and general vibe of igym. I had to move house recently and literally ruled out certain areas because they were too far from my gym. Just go sign up. You’ll love it.
