Warrior One Yoga Mordialloc Studio - VIC

Bianca Hubble Gorgeous Studio with a lovely vibe. Good selection of classes and class times. All of the teachers I have had classes with have been fantastic, they really know their yoga and make the classes both informative and fun! I always walk out of there feeling fabulous and wish I could practice there everyday! I couldnt recommend this studio highly enough.

EMF Health Club Circular Quay - VIC

Zac Sanchez PT Mai is amazing. She has completely transformed my attitude to fitness. Mentally and physically, I am much fitter after Mais classes. I never thought each week I would look forward so much to her intense classes. We all know the amount of energy, planning and hard work she puts in, and we all know it is not easy to run such a big class. We are all so thankful. Let’s keep smashing it!!!

Verica Jokic I can’t believe I’ve found a gym that I like. Motus is amazing. It has small strength and conditioning classes where everyone follows their own program under supervision from terrific instructors. Everyone is friendly and down to earth. The class choices include mat and reformer Pilates, yoga, stretching, as well as the terrific strength training. Because the classes are small, everyone gets plenty of attention and help to ensure we are exercising correctly. This is not a show-offs or a poser’s gym but a very welcoming place committed to good health outcomes for people of all ages.
