Shawn Whiting Just finished my 7-class intro pack and I’m officially hooked! As a complete newbie to reformer pilates, I came into it a little intimidated — but every instructor went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The classes are easy to follow, and the studio vibe is always calm, chill, and positive. Music selection is always on point! There’s a nice variety of classes available — from chill to challenging — and the different instructors bring their own flavour to the mix. If youre new to reformer, I highly recommend this studio. The friendly instructors and supportive environment will have you feeling confident in no time!
