Margarita M I’ve been looking for a decent gym with a crèche and affordable pricing for the longest time. The process to sign up was really fast and Brendan was really great, I expressed some personal concerns and he was very accommodating and respectful about it all. They’ve already got such a good crew, can’t wait to meet the whole team. Being a stay at home mum with two little ones and no day care is a lot and this mama needs a break and to find my fitness groove again, so I’m really looking forward to the gym opening. Especially being a former World Gym member up in QLD and knowing how good the equipment always is.

Paul Battaglia This is a great hilly course amongst the university grounds. It is challenging with some tight turns. The coffee choices post run is pretty good.

Amanda Huynh My favourite gym in the southeast! Jo creates a welcoming and safe environment to work out at any level that feels good. She’ll push you when you want it, but also hold you with grace when you’re needing a chiller workout. I love how there’s no focus on weight or body aesthetics. Just women supporting women to be fit and healthy. The community Jo’s creating is a testimony to Jo’s empowering character. Thanks Jo!
