wilmsey wilms A fantastic gym with great amenities, wide range of equipment and super clean and really friendly members. However easily the best quality of the gym (and I have been to many gyms in my time) is the superb staff, especially Lauren and Amy. They are always extremely welcoming, greeting you with a smile on their face, being very engaging in their manner, and you really do feel valued. They are always willing to help you with any issue or question you may have. This really does contribute to the extremely positive vibe and atmosphere of the gym, and, talking with other members, is a major reason why people really enjoy coming along for a session. I am sure that the member retention rate is also high largely as a result of how comfortable people feel. A big thank you from my partner and I.

Jarryd Biviano I can’t recommend Dan’s run coaching enough. His program was really easy to follow, clearly explained, and tailored perfectly around my schedule. The structure kept me consistent without feeling overwhelming. Tt guided me to achieve a PB marathon time on the Gold Coast.
