Despite of a minor incident occurred when I firstly reached out to their firm, planning to engage a solicitor’s service to lodge a caveat but failing to do so due to the delay in response from that solicitor (which was because of some inevitable reason that I was advised of in the later communication with Frank), Frank contacted me in a timely manner after my initial review to address my concern and take my feedback on record.
