My wifes visa (309/100) has just been approved to allow her to live and work in Australia, James was thorough, reassuring, incredibly professional and diligent throughout the entire process. He has made what is usually a stressful and difficult process so easy and smooth. He was always available to answer our questions and kept us updated all the time.
