5 /5 Chai Foreman-Sim: John did a great job helping me design my engagement ring, and taught me lots about diamonds, gold and the shape of the ring. It turned out more beautiful than I thought it would. John also managed to find me a great quality stone, kept me updated along the way, and finished it earlier than the agreed date.

1 /5 Abdirahman Abdi: I came to repair my wifes ring with John. He initially said it would take 3 weeks and it ended up taking longer. He set the diamond in an east to west orientation when i clearly said it was supposed to be North to South (it was originally set that way). I told him this isnt what i requested and aksed him to make it North to South, and he told me this is the only way it can be set. I asked him why he didnt call me to let me know, but he convinced me that was the only way it could be set. Last weekend I spent another $410 with a jeweller to undo his work and set it North to South.
