5 /5 Lisa W: I went to john with an old rose gold necklace and asked him if i could use it to make a ring. We sat a discussed my options and he showed me some designs. I decided on a style and went back to collect it a few weeks later. Due to my poor communication i was not totally happy with the design. But John was so polite and understanding about he then had to remake the ring and did not bat an eyelid...he was only too happy to help. Anyway i have literally just picked the new ring up and could not be happier it is beautiful. He is an excellent jeweller and i will be recommending him highly. Will definitely be using him again for future pieces......thanks so much john
