Jeni Reid Absolutely amazing experience , daughter had ear piercing done and was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed. Girls took the time to go through different products and discuss before the piercing. Both ladies in store were absolutley lovely!! Awesome service. I will definately be back to have a look at the jewellery as it all looked beautiful too. Thank you so much to the staff who made it so easy :)

Virginia Tachos I would like to pass on a compliment to the incredible customer service i received from Jan at your watergardens store . She helped after i received poor customer service at a nearby jewellery shop . From the moment i walked in i received nothing but amazing customer service helping me with my son’s broken necklace from his 21st . She fixed his necklace and was so caring and understanding - wonderful customer service at this store . Please keep Jan forever and very big thank you from my son who loves his chain - it was a very precious birthday gift he cherishes .Highly Recommended

Haaris Khan Silver chain had a broken link. I was in the area. Called them within 15mins of closing. I was in and out in 5 mins. Fantastic work no issues, quick service and reasonable price. Happy days.
