Evripides Kouspos Id like to call out Eleanor for her excellent service. We took my daughters broken earrings into the store to be repaired, but we didnt have a receipt as they were a Christmas gift. Eleanor advised that they could be repaired or replaced as long as we had a receipt. The following week we went back into the store with a receipt from their Doncaster store. Rather then giving us the run around, sending the earrings for repairs, and waiting 6 weeks etc Eleanor and the team (I believe the Regional Manager was there) replaced them at no extra charge. This is a perfect example of common sense customer service and moving forward Ill definitely be purchasing from Saleras Chadstone.

My partner took my old engagement ring into JG Emporium yesterday after i had accidentally warped it out of shape over the weekend. In less than 24 hours, they had reshaped it and polished it up to look brand new. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results my ring looks absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend anyone looking for a jeweller to stop in here. The service and craftsmanship are outstanding!
