Tammy Kerr Amazing service! Pandora wouldn’t follow their stated policy and exchange a charm. I called Ann Louise to ask before heading over. The clerk (Kay) was amazing- she looked into it and called me back as promised. Service in store was top notch as well. Will never return to Pandora now that I know what fabulous service Ann Louise provides.

Benu Malhotra Their Cranbourne plaza shop is under construction,but they have set up a stall just in front of it. Two very sweet and polite ladies take care of it.Bought a pair of earings. They have still managed to display much of the stuff in the stall.
