1 /5 B Gray: Unfortunately these guys were awesome the first year I used them but really went down hill after that. Took over a week then multiple follow ups to get responses. They hiked their prices up every year (well above CPI) and adopted a ‘cant be stuffed’ attitude - if they weren’t sure about particular expenses for a tax return they didn’t bother calling to clarify and just left them off, no additional follow up or suggestions. I called to clarify and the attitude I received was horrific. Having taken my return elsewhere the difference in the projected tax return was significant. Really disappointed.

1 /5 Daniel Fowkes: Wouldnt dare touch these guys, terrible accountants with terrible service. Theyll leave you hanging for months and ghost you and also incorrectly setup your returns to hinder you in future years. The absolute mess theyve caused to my tax and life since has been beyond pathetic. STAY CLEAR. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
