To mark the occasion I asked Natalie Barney to remodel a ring that we had inherited from a beloved grandmother that my daughter had always loved. Natalie designed a modern version of the original ring. It turned out magnificently. The emerald and small diamonds sparkled as never before. A ring that we will be in our family for more generations to come to love and treasure. Couldn’t be more grateful to Natalie. Nothing was too much trouble.

Petar Jovicic The staff were great. Patient with me while I decided on what to buy and trying things on. I ended going with a stainless steel silver dogtag and silver necklace. Wanted it engraved and didnt know if it was possible on the dogtag so the manager walked with me to the engraving place while we asked the question. Will be back for future purchases

Theres lots of Lovisa stores in MC so just hope you know which branch im talking about—i went to a Lovisa store holding a Fluttershy plush (from Miniso) and one of the staff went out of the counter and tapped my shoulder, complimenting my plush! We talked about My Little Pony for a good three minutes before she was escorted back to the counter. LOVED that interaction so much! If i see her again, i could say hi!
