1 /5 wendy liu: Today I went Kew branch to ask for term deposit. I am so disappointed for this branch’s customer service. I went the branch just after 3pm, a lady staff said to me that they can’t help me to do a term deposit today because there is no enough time. After I asked her how long do you need for to do a term deposit, then she told me that there is not many staffs. I clearly see 5 staffs in this little branch. Is it not enough? I also see two senior staffs chat with one group ( very relax and slow motion), one manager Kai is busy with customer, but this lady staff just sit behind the counter doing nothing. I am so angry. It’s not very professional service and they provided such terrible service to their customers.
We wish the regional manager should look into this issue at this branch. Otherwise how can ANZ bank will achieve better results?
