Our Yoga Space - VIC
Yvette Blount OurYogaSpace is a very welcoming space with knowledgeable and caring teachers. Depending on work commitments, I try to get to the studio a couple of times a week for the Yin Yoga sessions. Joseph Rundles classes are amazing, and he shares his experience and wisdom during them. Kaye Oakley is wonderful and nurturing, ensuring every participant benefits from the class. In fact, all of the teachers have been great. I really appreciate the hard work that goes into this space and look forward to every class. Thanks

Prahran Boxing Club - VIC
Mae V. Dan is an exceptional trainer. Weve been training with Dan for a few years now. He is very patient and takes the time to explain things clearly and ensures you understand the fundamentals before moving on. What I appreciate most is his ability to push you just the right amount. He knows how to challenge you to improve without making you feel overwhelmed or discouraged. I can definitely feel myself getting better with each session. I always leave the gym feeling amazing.

Secure parking, friendly staff, Now when it comes to Aerobic classes, you getting the best Instructors, who will leave you sweating and burning calories Fair size pool. Because of social distancing not all epuiptment is available so sometimes your set routine does not go as smoothly as planned, but overall its a wonderful place.

Sonny Gregorio As soon as you walk in the staff smile at you.The place has all the facilities you need.It also has child or day care service for parents who wish to get fitness while reliable people look after their kids.It is clean and would make you feel relaxed. It is very close to shopping centresand surrounds with other communal facilities. The parking area is huge.
