Sendai Karate Club Ashwood - VIC

Ed Will Sendai Karate has been wonderful for me and mine. Very family focused, the kids have a ball and a half whilst learning self-defensive skills and providing them confidence, self-assuredness and honour. My kids have sadly decided they want to try other things, but they hold Sensae Kurt, Jean and everyone there dear to their hearts and theyll hold the skills theyve learned for years to come. Thank you everyone at Sendai, youve been wonderful!

Enduring Strength - Personal Training - VIC

Suzanne S Yamin is very professional and tailors the training to my needs and pre-existing injuries. He has also helped me feel confident to use the gym on my own in between personal training sessions. I had never done any strength work before training with Yamin and his attention to technique and correct movement ensures you get the most benefit from training. I feel like I have achieved a lot of strength in a relatively short amount of time.
