I was excited to join Spotswood when they opened for building strength and the difference that has kept me consistent is the excellent training from Harry and the team. The machines are excellent, I love the quiet vibe that lets me focus, and the inputs from Harry make sure I am not slipping in form, and we adjust my settings and technique depending on what my body needs. Cant rate Kieser Spotswood highly enough. Even convinced my husband to join up and now it’s a nice thing we do together a few times a week.

5 /5 Emily Joseland: Such a great clinic. I went from not being able to run 3k without knee pain to be able to go for 20km pain free. I haven’t been able to do that in years. The team is all so knowledgeable and helpful. Emma finally gave me answers about the knee/hip pain I have had for years. Flavia was great at giving me personalised tips to help me get the most out of my program. The rest of the team was also amazing it’s clear you have great training and hiring.

Marc ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars! I’ve been training at Anytime Fitness Epping for about a year now and it’s been an awesome experience. The previous manager, Jack, was fantastic to deal with from the very beginning, especially during the sign-up process. The new club manager, Linda, has been amazing. She’s always approachable, friendly, and happy to stop for a quick chat or say hello. Linda does an excellent job keeping the gym well-maintained and super clean AF! Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a welcoming, well-run, and clean training environment.

Bailey Hooper Similarly to some of the other 1 star reviews, I purchased a gym set a few years back now. I’m leaving a review because I want people to be aware that I would constantly be told that my product was coming and it then got to a point where we agreed on a refund to resolve the product not being relieved (supposedly due to covid restrictions). Once this was settled I stopped receiving money after the second or third instalment leaving them still to owe me $2500 (invoice 668). I have spoken to another person who purchased equipment from a1 and they stated that they received goods but not all of their purchase and when fighting it in court, they still struggled to receive payment (if they ever did). I would strongly recommend staying far away from these crooks. They don’t care who they’re taking money from as long as they’re still making it.
