Martin Ca It was my first time visiting Luk Fook Jewellery in Chatswood, and it turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. There was a female sales assistant in her 40s to 50s whose attitude was appalling—she spoke coldly and looked at people with an air of superiority, as if she was looking down on others. The entire shopping experience was completely devoid of warmth or professionalism, which was extremely off-putting. I had originally found a gold piece that I liked, but ultimately decided not to make the purchase because of this unacceptable service. This is by far the worst and most disrespectful customer service I have ever encountered in a jewellery store. I sincerely hope Luk Fook addresses this issue, or they will continue to lose customers who, like me, leave deeply disappointed.

Jo Had a slight issue with my engagement ring that I have had since August. Went in and spoke Taylah. Her professional approach in solving the problem was of one of the highest standards of customer service I have ever received. We had a slight hiccup with another store but as Taylah is such a super star she sorted everything out. Because of her service I bought my wedding ring also. The 5 stars are solely for Taylah, it’s a shame so of the other staff can’t take a leaf out of her book. So if you want high customer service ask for Taylah she will look after you.
