UniFit Gym St.Ives - VIC

Kyle This local gym is my absolute favorite! Theyve got top-notch equipment, like really modern stuff, and the staff is incredible. Theyre so friendly and helpful, always making me feel welcome. The trainers are super knowledgeable and genuinely care about your progress. If you want a fantastic workout experience, I cant recommend this gym enough!

Anytime Fitness Leichhardt - VIC

Adele Walker I give this gym 5 stars, not only because the team at Leichhardt are friendly & supportive (James and Veronika) but the gym itself is clean, well maintained, spacious and has a heap of different machines. Another positive as well, the car park down stairs is 2 hours free for convenience! Highly recommend this gym to all my family and friends! Here some pics during a quieter hour! So worth it!

STRONG Pilates Gladesville - VIC

Hassell Kirsty I’ve been going to Strong Gladesville most days for the last 7/8 weeks now and absolutely love it! The classes aren’t just great for building strength physically — they’ve made such a difference mentally too. Every session pushes you in the best way, and the variety keeps it fun and challenging. All the instructors, other members & the manager are super friendly and welcoming — it’s such a nice vibe where you never feel judged, no matter your fitness level, or if you show up super early for the classes!! I always leave feeling stronger and happier. The session aren’t just Pilates, it’s a mix of cardio & strength too - which I didn’t know until I did the 10day trail … I even convinced my partner to try it out the 10days and he rated it (if he didn’t work away he’d be a member too!) Honestly - Couldn’t recommend it more! P.S at the end of the session you get a cold towel infused with eucalyptus and it’s literally life changing at the end!!

The Urban Health Collective - VIC

Jane Andrews Hayley Corkery has helped my bad neck/back/etc so, so much! I have had chronic pain due to rock climbing and bad posture and Hayley has seriously helped to relieve my pain and has provided me with exercises that I can do to correct my posture habits. I recommend Hayley to anyone suffering from a sports injury/pain/bad posture, etc!!
