Every visit feels like catching up with your girl friends, and the community here is incredible—women of all ages from all different backgrounds come together, creating such an inclusive and uplifting environment. One of the best parts is how family-friendly it is. Kids are welcome, which has been a game-changer for me as a mum. Beyond that, the gym has been a huge help for my mental health, offering a space to relieve anxiety and feel genuinely cared for. A big shoutout to Laura, who is not only a knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer but also incredibly cool and easy to get along with. After having children, she helped me address my ab separation and more recently went above and beyond by adjusting all the group workouts to accommodate my broken ankle. Her personalized support and positive attitude have been such a blessing. Glen Woodman Ben is an amazingly knowledgeable Physio. He is very efficient in treating you and will be focussing on multiple body parts at once with a mix of cupping, dry needling and manual therapy. I definitely recommend Ben, he will also supply you with a program to help recover/rehab/strengthen your body.

Club Pilates Manly - VIC

Katherine Smallen I highly recommend Club Pilates Manly. The instructors are professional, knowledgeable and caring. Their variety of classes keep things interesting and challenging. It’s hard to have favourites when it’s always a great workout but I can’t help but shout out. Angela, thanks for helping me find my core and other muscles I didn’t know I had! You make me look forward to Mondays! Heidi thanks for making perspiration feel like meditation. Anya, your laugh makes the workout more fun. And of course Leesa, you build our CPM community while building our muscles.
