Matthew Pickover I’ve been training with Dave and MPC for three years now but attended an official MPC muscle-up workshop for the first time today. As usual, Dave was extremely knowledgeable and has tips and tricks to help you learn the necessary technique. I left very happy after achieving my first ever muscle-up :)

Vinewood King Since the new manager took over the gym, it has become much more organized and clean. With friendly staff at the front desk, its now the largest 24-hour gym in the area. I highly recommend everyone to come in for a free training session.

Jimmy Fan Suarie is a legend! Been training with Suarie for a couple months now and his motivation and enthusiasm is contagious. He takes an individual approach and all this has definitely helped with trying to achieve my goals. The gym is clean, well designed and has plentiful of equipment. It does get quite busy during certain times.

Francisco Martin I started boxing classes here recently, and the experience has been so positive. The group is welcoming and supportive, and the classes are the perfect mix of fun and work out. It is a great way to get fit while learning a new sport.
