1 /5 Frenchy Chic: Totally agree with all the reviews. After an hour and a half on hold, the person at the call centre did not speak english. I could not understand her at all nor could she understand me even when I spelt my surname that has 4 letters. I was under the impression that my phone had been spoofed and that the person I was giving my information to would steal my identity to open an account for them under my name. I think Latitude should drop the big actor payout for their TV advertising campaign and put the money in a call centre in Australia for Australian people.
