5 /5 Tanina Osborne: HIGHLY Recommend Laurent This is the 2nd time we have used Laurent, both times have been near impossible situations for us borrowing from the major banks as my husband is a musician and I am a sole trader. Both times Laurent somehow found a way. So diligent in his preparations, he was able to secure our loans both times. This one was particularly difficult as the COVID lockdowns stopped both our businesses in their tracks for most of 2 years, so our financials did not really reflect our earning ability. Also, we are both only a few years from retirement age AND the property itself is in the Alpine area which is tricky at best. Laurent is so knowledgable that he completely understands the protocol for lending and was able to secure our loan with ANZ.
