Ella Bella I have been seeing Myko for a few months now, he is incredibly patient and motivating. Every session is tailored to my goals, he always pays close attention to my form and technique which has not only helped me get stronger but has kept me stay safe and injury free. If you’re looking for a trainer who is genuinely invested in your progress and will push you, I can’t recommend Myko enough!

Shakir Hashim After my ankle surgery, I was anxious about my recovery, but Rom at PhysioXP did a great job with my physio plan and helped me get back to a high level of fitness. Well run establishment, with a focus on their clients and their health. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent physio care!

Robert Novotny Jack and the team have been fantastic, really glad we joined there. In particular Priscilla has gone out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. It means a lot when someone remembers your name everyday! Good life Dingley is not just a gym, it’s a community. That happens not by accident, but because people like Priscilla make it that way :-)

Brent Being someone who has tried them all, I can comfortably tell you and say that this place is special. The group classes are S&C based and suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. The utilisation of their 1 of a kind rigs is absolute genius. Outside of the group class setting this space also houses a very clean and well thought through commercial gym space with cutting edge machinery, pin loaded machines and free weights section. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE.
