1 /5 Rick Tib: I took my toyota hilux SR5 for service to Le Mans Toyota TOTTENHAM in the morning around 9:00 gave them the key and i said there are tools in my car is thats going to be ok ? she said yes they will be fine to pick up the car in the Afternoon , went back around 4:00 to pick up ,they charged me the fee and went to get the key he come back to me and said sorry sir we have lost your Car . Checked the CCTV yes they left the key on the car with the engine on so somebody stole my car in their hand due to their carelessness . Ill upload the pictures for showing the evidence of my 2 years old hilux after this guys care . The car has been recovered by police but its all smashed and my tools are gone now this is two month on my car and my tools has been gone and they dont want to pay for my tools or fixing or repairing my car . Today i had a conversation with the mangager he said he does not have insurance to cover customers car so they dont accept any liabilities . Pls dont trust this people with your car at all , take it somewhere else. Not recommended

I appreciated how he kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I understood the work being completed. It’s clear that Jason genuinely cares about his customers ,he made the experience smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. It is my new car but the way Vikram supports and explains me was beyond expectations. He is a very kind and he had a very very good knowledge The way he keeps me updating the things and giving me all the information was really unbelievable. Fantin, She was supporting me with a lots of things and she is really nice lady. Really impressed with them and the best thing about Le Mans Toyota is we got our car on time and that is the things what costumer wants it I hardly recommend Le Mans Toyota for a new brand car i swear no one is gonna regret it!
