Gary Moran I would like to congratulate all the staff at Longevity Neutral Bay. From my 1st day attending, I have been shown the utmost professionalism, care & attention. The atmosphere in the gym, is such that, I felt welcome from all inside. All exercise and training I was given, so that it totally matched the levels I was at, and , slowly measured up to a level I never thought I could achieve. I would particularly like to thank Dom and Annabel, with whom I spent most time with. Again, their professionalism and understanding, was tremendous and much appreciated ( tho Annabel may have to pick up on her grasp of the Scottish accent , only kidding dear ) All in , 5 star Thanks Gary

1R South Yarra - VIC

Paolo Tarray UK’s 1Rebel now in Melbourne. The studio is more akin to a nightclub so you don’t really feel like you’re working out (that’s what makes it so fun!) Three concepts to choose from — Rumble, Reformer and Reshape, so there is something for everyone. Rumble is what got me in the door but I love all three! Variety of coaches on the timetable which all bring energy and enthusiasm to get you pumped. Prosecco served after classes on Friday evenings if you’re into that too! Amenities are clean and modern, and towels and toiletries available.

Pick It Up Fitness - VIC

Davide Tomassoni I’ve been coming to Pick it up fitness for about a month now, and I’m keen to share my experience - they certainly deserve a shout out! Firstly, I’ve started noticing early results - spanning beyond just getting stronger and increasing lean muscle mass. I’ve noticed I’ve started to enjoy working out again- after stagnating for years in low cost, low accountability gyms. They have fresh workouts every week and push you without compromising form. They check-in regularly, and can modify workouts/exercises to account for any concerns or existing injuries. Secondly, when you join PIUF, you truly join a community. The friendly trainers all know you by name, and have built a safe and supportive environment for everyone to thrive! This is clearly reflected in the positive energy and the bonds we form with our working-out team! Lastly, but certainly not least is the flexibility around workouts. This refers to both the timing of classes, which can accommodate varied working hours (including night shifts), as well as the option for a more HIIT/cardio workout or more strength based training in each session, as well as a weekly running club. Definitely worth a look and/or a trial - Michael, Kath and the team are awesome, and very accomodating! Cheers guys!

The studio is clean, welcoming, and well-equipped, with everything from reformers to props that make each class dynamic and engaging. The atmosphere is calm but energizing—perfect for focusing on form and alignment. The trainers are truly exceptional. Every instructor Ive worked with is not only certified and knowledgeable, but also incredibly attentive to individual needs. Whether youre a beginner or more advanced, they know how to modify movements and offer personalized guidance to ensure youre getting the most from each session—without risking injury. Special shoutout to Georgie, Hanan, Ellen for their attention to detail and positive energy make every class feel like a mix of hard work and self-care. You leave feeling stronger, taller, and more connected to your body. Highly recommend this studio if youre looking to build strength, improve posture, or just find a mindful way to move. Whether its mat or reformer Pilates, this team really knows how to deliver results with kindness and professionalism. -Neha
