Louise Flannery I highly recommend Align Pilates for a true 5 star pilates experience. As a beginner to reformer pilates , I have found Katie to be very welcoming, encouraging & patient. Being a small home studio, all classes are able to be specifically tailored to the needs of each individual client with expert guidance but without any judgement. I have also really enjoyed the relaxed, fun atmosphere of each session. Well done Katie on creating and providing the perfect balance of great pilates classes in a warm, inclusive, safe environment. Melissa Edmunds I’ve absolutely loved my pregnancy yoga sessions here! Danielle is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, she always checks in about any problem areas and helps you work through them safely and effectively. I was seeing a $140/hour pregnancy physio before starting, but Danielle’s classes have actually done more to relieve my pain and support my body. The studio is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the little touches like fresh fruit and herbal tea make it even more special. Highly recommend for any expecting mum!

Tharake Wijenayake Fantastic gym! It has a dozen racks, with about half featuring attached platforms for deadlifts or Olympic lifts, plus all the barbells and bumper plates you could ever need. The staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly.
