John (JT) is an excellent instructor and really knows how to engage the students. He knows how to make it fun, and take it serious when he has to. My daughter has been attending for nearly 3 years and looks forward to every class.

JT and his instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated but, most importantly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping you progress. Everyone is welcomed and cared for regardless of their social status, age, gender, or level of fitness. I have been going there for a few months now, and I am enjoying every class.
