5 /5 Carol munro: I’ve been going to gyms for about 40 years and have tried almost every type of class, studio format, gym class you can imagine. I have to say the concept at LTYB is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. I love that the class can be guided by the PT running it or it can be whatever you feel you need. The individual approach to each persons needs is something I’ve never seen before and something that you would usually pay a lot more money for! The three 12 minute blocks give you a great work out and yet they go so quickly. I’m so glad I found this gym! As an older woman strength is so important and I really feel that I can maintain my strength by attending 2-3 classes per week. Andrew is amazing to deal with and so accomodating and supportive and Rochelle is an awesome trainer who really knows her stuff. Definitely something I will keep going with.
