5 /5 elic e: I dont usually write reviews but these guys really deserve some praise. This is the best type of gym-based personal training I have come across. The sessions are 45 minutes, theres a personal trainer going around to each person in each session with tailored individual exercises. My session usually consists of 3 different sets of 3 exercises. The great thing about it is each session is different, there is variety, you can request exercises to suit your goals, the trainers are there to correct your technique or show you how to use the equipment, and its over quickly! When I tried going to the gym on my own previously, Id never really know if I was doing things properly, and either get bored with a preset program or waste time procrastinating about what exercise to do next - but with this system, you dont have to think about it, you just do it. And its better than a typical group fitness class because the exercises are individualised. Ive trained with probably all the instructors now, and all of them are always supportive and happy with repeating instructions multiple times because my brain hasnt woken up at 630am! They check in with occasional gentle reminders, not intrusive, and generous with offers to encourage returning to practice. Im grateful to have you guys as my local gym!
