Kate Lionis Such a great place to go for physio and massage. The team here is genuinely caring and really good at what they do. Omer is an excellent physio — super knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and always takes the time to explain things properly. Jason is also fantastic and has a really calm, reassuring way of working with people. The clinic has a warm, relaxed vibe, and everyone who comes in is treated with respect and attention. Ben Stockil I attended the Conditioning class with John. What a true gentleman he was allowed me to feel extremely comfortable in the gym. The class was really tough as well which is exactly what I needed. 4 ten minutes blocks. 1. 250 m ski 10 burpees x 5 rounds. 2. 5km on the bike erg. 3. 500m Row 20m sled push x 3 Rounds. 4. Assault bike 1km then 10 Hang Clean and Jerk @ 30KG x4. Brilliant class

Marita Lacota Rachael, the founder of Move for Mums, has given me confidence to return to exercise after having a baby and thats worth more than money to me. I cannot recommend these classes highly enough and Rach is so supportive. She is always ready to chat through anything you need help with, or provide additional advice for your situation. Hustle & Thrive, Heidelberg - VIC

Marie Briody I love love love this gym! If I could give it 10 stars I would! There is a real community feel, everyone is so friendly and helpful and you never feel like you’re a newcomer. Caitlin is an amazing trainer with a range of classes from high intensity to strength. What I also love is kids are welcome and have a spot to play and hang out and meet other kids while the parents work out. Highly highly recommend!
